help with ID on the Whaler

I am looking at buying this whaler, however the gentleman selling it doesnt know much about it.

have a few questions before I pull the trigger on this and the BW site is not much help.

anyone know the model ?

max HP l can put on it ?

gas tank size ?

any help would be much appreciated. Just looking for general specs.
