Help With Ordering Cables From iBoats.com..

Hey Everyone. Looking for some help with making sure I am ordering the right part numbers for cables that I need for my Mercruiser 120.. I need to get Throttle, Shift and steering cables. I measured everything as I was told to do, rounded up to the next foot as per instructions. I have attached some pics of my steering (rack & pinion) and my controls..

I hope I picked the right ones.. I have the tube for the steering still that goes on the transom plate...

Anything else I should be getting?

I can't comment on the throttle and shift cables because I have no experience with your remote control.

But on the steering cable - For a few bucks more, I would think about more than the cable. You can get a complete 16' rack and pinion system for about $20 more than the cable. while a no feedback system is roughly $100 more.

But the winner is a UFlex R&P system, it's less than 1 whole dollar more than the cable alone. Look at the steering system link below.

The throttle and shift cables I want to make sure the ends at the controls will work. The motor end I'm happy with. Are the ends a generic fit for controls?
