Help with trim cylinder lines

Hello both of my trim cylinders were leaking on my 1986 Alpha outdrive. I have a Mercruiser inline 6. I removed the cylinders and lines and have forgotten what line goes where. Can anyone tell me exactly which line on the each cylinder goes to each connection on the boat for both sides . Thanks for the help.

The one on the transom shield that is towards the bow goes to the front top of the cylinder....
The aft one goes to the connector tube....
If you go to the 'adults only' section at the top of the page, you can download manual #6 & go to section 5D.....

Mine are the trim cylinders that just have two connections at the bottom of the cylinder. I think the one you are speaking of is a later model. But thanks for the reply

Are you sure it is a 1986?.....
If it is the older pre alpha style...
It should be bow to bow, aft to aft....

Does anyone know which connection on each trim cylinder is up and the down and which is the up and down from the connection on the boat? Thanks
