A few posts down I said that my Jeep is leaking because of the rain. I also said that I wrote Jeep a letter about the problem. IF they can't/don't help me with the problem what kind of lawyer do I contact? He wouldn't be a criminal lawyer - Get my jist...

Your Jeep isn't leaking because of the rain. It is leaking because it is a Jeep and is not weatherproof. Was it guaranteed not to leak?

A lawyer?! Hahahahhahahahahahah! If your Jeep leaks it's your problem, not theirs. A lawyer would laugh and then hang up the phone.

I thought all Jeeps leak.<br />I'd bet there's a lot of lawyers that would be willing to take your money. How much success you'd have trying to sue Daimler-Chrysler is a different story. If you bought it new, go back to the dealership and if you bought it used it's likely your problem now.<br />What's leaking anyway? Can you see where it's coming in?
