Lifted the bow. seemed to help with the water. Scrubbed four hours. She's white again!! Stained the wood dark walnut.
pics up tomorrow. Got dark. Still need seating ideas. maybe lounge on one side bench on the other. Defiantly getting captains seat w/ pedestal for driver. Ideas for passenger? Theres a little standing ledge in front of the seat box too.

first, go back an edit your post and resize your pictures. you first need to make the boat safe, hull, and engine. the you do cosmetics.

Please, resize your freekin pics...Not only are they waaaay too large, I'm thinkin they tie up much needed server space here on Iboats...


Like TD said...engine and mechanicals numero uno...

Why go through all the labor, cleaning, repairing..and THEN find out that rusted out old motor is out of commish? that much deep rust is not a good sign...might look even worse inside the motor...hope not

progress report.... on second coat of poly then the rain came in. got some 5200 to seal the leaky cabin windows. remade engine box. wood stained dark walnut w/ rope as trim. I stained the cabin door storage doors and all trim dark walnut too. I think it will look good with all the dark wood. next thing taking old bubbly window tint off inside cabin and install blinds.... progressiob pics when rain goes away.
