well, I just purchased a 1970 Glastron Bayflite 164 from the orginal PO. Been garage kept fo the last 40 years.
seriously All original, never been cut into but was overhauled about 8 years ago (this thing is Clean), original trailer, and all the paperwork to boot. I was afraid of major rot but my fears were completely unfounded. She has the Volvo 130 -250 I/O that is just silly clean. I have done all the basic work (ran her in water, changed all fluids, impeller, rubber lines, fuel tank, and the like), but I'm terrified that being so clean yet so old, something is buond to leave me being towed to shore. Someone please put my fears to rest. Pics will follow soon. By the way, this is my first post here but I've been lurking for the last few months.
