hesitates

i have a rude1966 40hp and at half throttle and wot i have a hesitation what could this be just started put new plugs in gap at .030 points where done about 2 moths ago

as far i as know it has been running good for 2 months now just started to act up this weekened

Try setting the idle control richer and see if it goes away. I know you have no problem at idle, but it'll add a little gas at full throttle.<br />Did it coencide with the new plugs? Or mabey some new gas?<br />Try tugging at the spark plug leads, mabey you've got a weak connection.

could it be a coil going bad ?
