I was having carb problems on my Glastron boat (351W/volvo duoprop, Holley 4160 carb). Problems were: difficulty starting, rough idle, low RPM at WOT, and hesitation on acceleration. I had the carb rebuilt which has cured the rough idle and starting problems, but there is still slight but very noticeable hesitation on acceleration and the boat tops out at about 3600 RPM at WOT.
Any ideas? Could this be a power valve problem? Maybe they rebuilt it w/ the wrong power valve?
