Yep, going to Ghana on the 25th - 10th, then to West Palm to fish with Snapper on Sept 25th - Oct 2nd. Then I will be driving by your place on Oct 9th or 10th - heading for Colorado to bag a couple of Elk. Back to PA the 17th or 18th. I ain't gonna be home much the next couple of months!

Naw, peanut butter is too expensive here! And you have to cook it just right ... if you boil it too fast it will stick and burn, but if you don't boil it enough till it froths and gets a red oil on the top it will give you the "back door trots." It is labor intensive ... so she doesn't make it too often. And it is best with fufu ... and we don't have a mortor and pestal here to pound it into is starchy, gooey, correct consistency.
