Another 16- 18 SuperSport, must be outboard powered, 70hp or greater prefered. Within 250 miles of knoxville tn. $1500.00 range or so. Obviously could care less if the hull is trashed but needs good outboard power.

Bluefin, Spectrum, Starcraft are all ok as long as outboard powered.

only 1 potential deal that I can see in your radius.

$700 Chattanooga, Tn 17' Starcraft with a 100Hp Johnson (who knows what kind, year, etc. but worth a call @ this price)

maybe some of these guys can be talked-down?
$2500 Cullman, Ga '80 16' SS with 70Hp

$2300 Unionville, Tn '76 16' SS with a 90Hp Merc

$2900 Clarksville 18+' Sylvan with an 85Hp Merc

Ga thats perfect ive sent the guy an email. Hopefully that works out as that140 would be perfect on my 18 my 115 will drop on the toon and my 70 will fit on that perfect for a flip boat

Hope it works out, Sig. I posted her in the CL thread a coupla weeks ago. Looks like a project, but if the Zuki is a good one - Well worth making an offer. I wasn't sure on the distance, but it's about 200mi. A good day trip.

wouldn't it be way simpler and make life soo much easier if you just bought a motor??instead of trying to flip all the left overs into a sellable boat?? look for a 1995-2001 carbuerated ocean runner or ocean pro(Johnson or Evinrude).. they come in Intruder and fasttrak versions as well.... they are the OIS ignition 60 degree block motors.... they run hard and good. you can get them for $1500 and up usually

Probably but alot less fun.

And its alot easier to sell a motor with a boat attached to it than just a motor, not to mention easier to draw better $$ out of one.

There have been a couple Spectrums here. They are a much like 73chieftain's Mirrocraft, weak from the rib stand point. The older the better from what I've seen.

Be sure to check that all that unprotected plywood isn't weathered PT....... Might have an aluminum tank below that huge deck hatch..

^^ plus any other items you can nit-pick to lower the $
