Hey, whats the deal with this white stuff?

Well winter came back with a vengeance yesterday. Started out as a wet snow, big flakes. Then the temps dropped about 20 degrees in a little over a hour and the winds fired up. It got nasty fast, not alot of accumalation but crusty icy real quick. It made a parking lot out of I-75.

Send some up here. I'm not far from Mile 0 of the Alaska highway, and we have less than 3" on the ground. My snowmobile is just sitting on the brown grass.

up to Friday we had about 4 ft in the woods and then the temps shot up to + 8 deg C and loads of rain for about 14 hrs .......cut the snow down like crazy ....then the mercury dropped to -8 deg Cel and has started snowing again with heavy snowsqualls......this is making a great base to the snowmobile trails out there but I wish Mother Nature could make up her mind of what she wants to do......typical woman I`d say !
