Hi Everyone its been a long hard month but look at the positives

Starting on 05/01 life has been a roller coaster with VERY little time for boating. I haven't even really had much time to check in on my I boats crew, I don't post often but everyone here has been helpful in giving advice. So I want to share the good news with my extended internet family. We have had a nightmare housing situation, and a long challenging road with depression (my wife), and some permanent life changes with that being said


I would like everyone to welcome Christopher Raymond aka little squeaker


Secondly SigSaurP228 is a property owner again this time not vacant property basically my dream house

3 bed 2.5 bath bought from foreclosure includes attached 2 car garage. HOWEVER the best part is the 2400 square foot shop included with central heat and air.

SO thanks all my iboats friends have a safe and fun season

Hey, that's GREAT Sig! I remember reading the house thread and thinking it actually sounded like it could turn out great for you guys. Sure glad it did. Love the house and the pics, but the second one is the best by far. Nothing like seeing a mom and her new little one to make a room seem dusty.
