Holder Sailboats

Anybody have a Holder? I have a mid 80's 14 and don't know a lot about them.
I had it out by myself once and it was OK, then I took it out with a friend and we flipped it and had a heck of a time righting it, it went turtle and scared me pretty good.
Anyhow I'm looking for information about them if anyone can help
