Honda 2hp Timing Procedure

I have disassembled a 2003 Honda 2hp. If anyone can tell me correct way to set the gears for correct valve timing, I would really appreciate it.

Camshaft gear has an arrow and crankshaft a dot,line these two up for correct timing
