posting this incase others have this issue ......twice now a new 4 blade has thrown a blade due to casting flaws. In both cases Honda replaced the prop N/C
did you have to send the damaged prop back to them?.....if not, make another claim so they will supply you with a spare......thats what I would do...sucks being out on the water with a broken prop and no spare to get back to land with.....you could end up severely damaging your lower unit due to the vibrations....good luck and let us know brother...
was handled by the dealer so gave him the missing blade prop and he gave me a new one twice ....so went back to 3 blade ...got twins so spare is not a big issue, but got a couple diff pitch which will do in a crunch anyway
