Honda BF25A bottom cylinder dead?

It has spark and compression but doesn't fire. Fuel is probably the issue. So.......What can I do?

The carbs jets on those hondas are so small I bet you have soming clogging the jet. Take the carbs apart and let them sit in yamaha carb dip for 24 hours then blow out all the jets.
