Honda BF90 model year differences

Are there any significant differences between the 1999 and 2001 model BF90? I would like to purchase a '99 manual for use with my 2001.

My understanding is the lower unit was made by Mercury but dont know what year that stopped. <br />The 'Four' sticker is nicer on the old one too-lol.
