The reason why I like the styrofoam boards is because they are produced by an extruder with the exact component mixture.These two factors make this particular type of polystyrene a closed cell foam, which is quite hard to obtain in any other process.I would hate to bore you with the organic chemistry and the way the extruder manipulates the cell lineup,but it something that is very hard to recreate in any non extruder environment.<br />And Bondo, dependent on the material you are replacing,there is a fair chance that your boat will actually be higher in the water.<br />(If you think this is boring you are probably right)<br />rolmops.
