Re: Hopfully some one has some idea's for my 56 14ft alumacraft model B
Thanks for the tips guys, yea iv looked into the automotive weather stripping sadly, i work for napa and iv got access to endless sizes and measurements and nothing iv found would work with out me actually cutting a slit in the rim all the way around the boat to install the bumper brackets. the rim of the boat is about 1 1/4 thick the largest opening iv found is 1/2 inch and that was the tool box door on a dumptruck lol crappy i know! But i will be still looking through the JC whitney to see what they have. Jamestown Distributors had something like this http://www.jamestowndistributors.com/userportal/show_product.do?pid=56710&familyName=TACO+Flexible+Vinyl+Rub+Rail+Inserts+-+Black but i really dont want to cut the rail to fit it in but i will if i have to. Im looking at that tinboat website it's great!
