Ive been looking into purchasing a Windlass for my 23' Monetery cuddy. I have located a Horizon 600 series at a good price. The seller does not have any manuals but I was able to find an installation and user guide online but the info it contains is not quite up to par. My main question is if the unit has a freefall that can be operated from the toggle switch. My buddy has a similar unit that if you lift the toggle up quickly and release it it lets the anchor freefall. The seller says this unit works the same way but it doesnt specificaly say so in the user guide. Does anyone know for sure?
