horsepower increase johnson 90 horse

I have a 2000 90 horse Johnson. I am told that it is the same block as the 115 horse. If this is true what would be involved in bumping the 90 horse up to a 115 horse.

more than just carbs, porting exhaust tuning. better off selling and buying what you really want.

I was just wondering. Thought if it would be fairly easy job why not get more bang for my buck. Thank you.
