horsepower vs boat weight

I have a 14' x 4.5' wide in the middle johnboat that I am adding a deck and a floor along with a live well,swivel seats, trolling motor, and various electronics. I have an old 1967 Johnson 9.5 HP engine. My question is will this be enough HP to push me around the lake.

No prob. mathus,9.5 will work fine just not very quick.(10-15 MPH) Check out your hull rating plaque for max. HP for your boat, could prob. run a 20 HP
