Hour Meter on Maxum 2002 1900SR

I have an hour meter on my dash and a new symbol appeared on the digital display. Two arrows pointing towards each other....does anyone know what they mean? It's not alsways displayed, intermittend....

Hmmm, if could be, but it's horizontal, and flashes on/off intermittendly?

That's generally just the indicator that shows that its counting time. Flashes on and off every 5-10 seconds.
