Re: Houseboat

Funny, do you have rednecks website in Australia? that is good candidate for it.

By the way, steering wheel in that houseboat is on left hand side, do all boats in Australia are left sided?:)

Yes, you have heard that toilet water swirls the other way when flushed down there, right?

Well all the engines rotate the other way too, thus you drive stuff from the other side than in north america.

I think someone's brain rotated the wrong way.

WOW...rednecks on both ends of the world.

Must be his cousin that owns this one. Comes complete with a sun deck, hot tub, and fenders:D

I wonder if that stick at the back of the sundeck holds a navigation light.
Or is it radio antenna, perhaps CB. Also a radar arch made of 2X6 would be a nice addition to it.

I didn't see the custom cloths dryer right above his head the first time I looked at this beauty of a house boat. ;)

Re: Houseboat

I love the way the motor is mounted on the trailer hitch.
Note that it has boat registration numbers. Scary!
I'm sure this is being used in salt water. Great.

Here's the oddest part: you apparently drive it around with the pontoons stowed on it, and somehow assemble and launch it. From the ad:
"...Tow your aqua van anywhere (It has stainless steel brakes) and then launch it like a boat. It's not just novel its practical and a real talking point. Aqua Van is easy to tow and use as a van or a boat...."

Aussies have rednecks, too. Might be called Yobbo's or dinky-die's. They are right good at red-nekkidness down there.
