How can I find this part?

I have a 2003 Trophy 2002 WA. I'ver had it for about a month. On my third time out, the protective liner around the access hole to the starboard aft cleat broke. The cleat is below the gunwale. I have yet to find a good source for Trophy parts. Any idea where I could find this? Any advice on sourcing unusual "must fit" parts in general?
