How Could Anyone???

i have a friend says he paid 90k for his 24ft walkaround R O B A L O w/single 250 yamaha...not the issue.but how can you have 2inches of barnacle 2inches of dirt inside boat itself ,flywheel on depth finder with a crust of who knows what, and still expect it to run well????
