THM... It would have been better if you continued with your original post. However, since you're here, I'll fill in a few answers.<br /><br />It doesn't really matter in which direction you install the impeller. As soon as the engine turns over, the impeller will flex in the proper direction.<br /><br />There should be a copper water tube that inserts into the grommet of the water pump housing to carry the water up to the powerhead.<br /><br />If you want to have an idea as how the impeller should be inserted, hold the water pump housing in your left hand. Hold the impeller in your right hand. Now, spin the impeller in a counter clockwise direction into the pump housing. That's it.<br /><br />$80.00 is way too much for a thermostat if you're buying it over the counter, but if that includes labor, that's another matter.
