How do I adjust carb's

I have a Evinrude 48 spl.I have cleaned and rebuilt the carbs, now I need to adjust them. I used to know the basic process but it has been so long that I no longer recall. Can anyone tell me how this is done?

Go to TD's "Top Secret File". and find the item on adjusting carbs. That will link you to Joe Reeves intructions.

The initial low speed setting for the 1994 48HP 2 cylinder 2 stroke is 2-1/2 turns out from gently seated.
