how do i adjust the floats

I have a 70 hp 1986 evinrude that the floats might need adjusted do i neede to take the carburator apart or can i do it with out that maybe just spray some carb cleaner and they will sit back in place please help

The float are reached by disassembling the carbs. Spraying carb cleaner will do nothing. Why do you want to adjust the floats. Do you have a particular problem.

i have portable tanks and one got real hot and syphend all the gas out and i thought threw that the float might of got stuck but its good thankyou for your help though
