Assuming it was all fully serviced when winterised

Set it up with a water supply, in a barrel ,or on muffs if you must, and a fresh fuel supply.

Take out the plugs clean off any oil and check the gap.

Crank it a few times to expel all the fogging oil.

Replace the plugs and start it up.
When the smoke dies down check the cooling is OK
