HOW DO I disconnect steering cable??

1974 Johnson 115hp...I am moving this motor from one boat to another. Steering disconnect looks pretty straightforward but since I've never done it before I just wanted to hear from an expert. Looks like I just disconnect steering rod "A" nut and remove arm.....and loosen/remove nut "B" and cable will pull through right? Thanks in advance to any replies.

yes thats correct way..I do the same to mine to clean the tube and make sure its greased...

Thanks Al-53. Just wanted to make sure I didn't screw anything up. Came off pretty easy.
