Once you hit 30 posts I believe, you will then be a seaman.

I am a Seaman Apprentice 46. Pretty sure I will move up at 50, but not sure.

Edit: Whoopie I am now a Seaman. That's what an E3 in the Navy? Got discharged as an E5 2nd Class Petty Officer so I have a ways to go.
