Getting ready to pull the boat for the winter, (jealous of all you guys in the south :( ) - but starting to think of some projects. I have a 15 inch LCD TV at home not being used and was wondering if I could mount it in the V-Berth of my boat.

I have some concerns.
1.) how do I mount it so that the vibrations and pounding will not pull the TV off the wall
2.) do I use the regular mount that I have at home?
3.) would I use some sort of molley screw to hold it to the wall.

Thanks for your suggestions.

However you mount it, make sure you can also remove it readily for winter storage. Not sure about current designs, but one time freezing an LCD screen could ruin it, so why take a chance? Yeah, I know a lot of auto screens are LCD, but I wonder if they're engineered differently from a TV LCD?

Just a thought.
