How do I Test CMC PT-130 Power Trim

My Power trim was working yesterday. I later tried it and it would not work. I disconnected the battery wires to the Tilt motor only leaving the black and white wire going to the tilt motor. I put Aligator clips on them and connected them to the battery and nothing happens now. I have 12 volts at the alligator clips connecting to the black and white wire. It has not been used for 3 years but worked okay for several up and down tilts. I am thinking of stuck brushes or just bad motor. Perhaps corrosion but worked for a while. Any suggestions?

I took off the Power Trim unit and removed the top two screws. It does have corrosion on the brushes which does not allow current to get to the armature. They have frozen up. Where can I get the brushes for the PT-130 and the O-Ring for the housing? Also when aligning the pivot pin I can get it through the first three brackets but can't see how to align the last one. It hits the last housing since it isn't exactly aligned. It is about 1/2 inch dia.
