Re: Rinsing bag.
I've added more photos which I hope will help. Bag is shown with a 4 HP long shaft, But I've used a 7.5HP and an old Evinrude 5.5HP. No, don't run a 300HP at WOT, but I believe it is OK for a 50 HP at idle. The close-ups show the motor in Neutral and in Forward at about 1500 rpm.

Much better quality photo. That seems like a good one better than my garbage can idea.

Pretty neat bag. But I think I will stick with the motor flush. I have used a 50 gallon trash can before. It is a lot easier to use the flusher than a trash can.

One advantage the flushers have is that the problem if not getting the pump in the water is eliminated because the hose is forcing water up to the pump. If the motor is in a trash can there is the chance of running the motor and the pump is not submerged so it is running dry.

Yeah those flusher aren't really thar exspensive anyway. I still have to wait till I put my motor back together either way.
