I am considering buying folding seats for my boat (Inexpensive white ones from Cabelas). They are going to be installed on custom made pedestal. I assume I need some sort of mounting device that the seats would get mounted onto. The reason I am asking is because the pedestal is an enclosed device. In other words, I can only look down on the flat surface. Getting underneath it is impossible.
