how do you clear alarm reading?

oil reservoir reading on smart craft system " low oil reservoir 61%" how do you clear this alarm ? i already have oil reservoir filled have pressure build up in oil tanks and am still getting alarm 4beeps every 3 minutes. merc techs say faulty sensors /must be a blanket response when solution not available...
