How do you move up in rank?

Hello, I just posted a new post and to my suprize I have moved up in rank,how does this happen. Is it just because I'm so good looking or what LOL.

You have to say the magic words, but I still don't know what they are. I think the more you blab the more times you hit the magic words as they change everyday. Chief
