How do you remove Control Box?

I have an 18ft.Bass Buggy pontoon,center console with a 50hp merc.I need to remove control box to check to see why it's binding.I can remove the three screws in front with ease, but the one in the rear just spins.Any tips on this would be appreciated.<br />D.W.B. in Atoka

Check to see if there's a nut on the back of the bolt behind the side panel.
