How do you remove the fuel line on a Mercruiser 4.3L

I have a 2009 Mercruiser 4.3L. I need to replace the fuel line that goes from the fuel cooler to the fuel rail on the intake manifold. Does anyone know how to disconnect the fuel line at the fuel rail? Is a special tool needed? I've attached a picture of the connection.

I think you need to depressurize the system first too.

You can get one of these at most any auto parts store. There are different sizes/types,just get the one that works for you.
