How does the a commader 26" signature compare to a Nordic rage?

Ive given up on finding a rage that has what i want in it. So im looking at a 2004 commader 26" signature with a 496 for 30k

I know nothing about the commanders any input would be great

Can anyone tell what motor this is, he thinks is a 496 but is not sure

looks like a 500 or 525 to me. He says it does 62 mph in salt lake utah so i dont think its a stock 454.

The intake looks differnet and its got Imco headers
