On a calm day,
Here's mine...
21ft Cuddy with a 260hp V8: 55-60 mph
14ft Jon boat with a force 9.9hp: 20mph

i have caught myself exceeding the 65 mph rating of my trailer tires a time or two. And I slip on a lake with a 45 mph limit, so I don't know what my top speed is. Well I don't admit anything anyway.

Mine is old and slow:

1985 Bayliner Capri 1950 Cuddy with 2.3L VP AQ125B I/O. Supposedly 117 hp when it was new.
32-34 mph on calm water on a slightly dented propeller
Have not tried it with a nice new propeller yet.

Price was right though and it works out good for the family

I've had my Four Winns up to 49mph (GPS), and my Prindle up to 24mph (not bad for a sailboat).

2 days ago: 28.6 mph at 4300 (port) and 4400 RPM (starboard).

Back when I had the 9's pushing the SkipperLiner, I got 9.9 mph on the GPS, about 4200 rpm on both 2.5's. I just Could. Not. Get. To. TEN.

I've had the Chap to 49 on the GPS but that was with all the camper canvas. And 4400' altitude. I've never driven a boat at sea level, must be nice!

2. 2001 21' Rinker with 350 Mag 50 mph.
3 1994 17' Bayliner with 120 force 46mph.

84 Rinker 170 Open bow. Did 39 MPH with the Gtech pro. Its got a 3 liter, and when I did that I had bad points. Spring time I will try to squeeze a little more.

21 ft lavey craft performance boat with a 454 MAG MPI 385 HP = 70 MPH with the 3 blade mirage propeller and 68 with the 4 blade bravo 1 propeller.

I've still got trim issues, but so far we've gotten it running about 32MPH.
