You're going to get in trouble for that.
But while we're on the subject, for the inexperienced, you never want a stern anchor that will hold against a wave large enough or current strong enough to ship water over your stern, except when you use it where there is absolutely no chance of encountering such a wave or current--like stern to a beach. That's why those who know, use a stern anchor that won't hold, but will fail and save the boat.
