How many switches do I need?

Hello everyone, I am redoing the wiring on my '88 Sunrunner Weekender. The previous owner didn't label the switches (5) on the console, so now I have to figure out what they go to and how many I really need.

How many switches do I need and for what accessory should they be connected?

Basics would be:
Bildge pump(s)
blower
Nav/Anchor lights
courtesy lights
horn (momentary)
cabin lights (or cabin master)
a couple AUX switches, or blanks for future use
