right now it's 22 and we are waiting for a foot of snow to melt. Saturday will be 60. Our weather has mood swings like a teenage girl!

But being a duck hunter, I get to go boat riding when no one in their right mind would. Bonus!

I don"t keep a log either, but my GPS tracked 1162 miles in 2010 trolling for Walleye and Steelhead on Lake Erie

So, how many walleye per mile does your boat get???? :D

No log here either ... taking my boat out, about 16 times. On my bro's boat 10 times in December alone ... hunting season.

303 hrs and 922 gallons of fuel, didnt keep track of days or miles, but I did add about 1500mi. to my handheld gps that I rarely use, the boat has been in the water since late April and got used every weekend and many weekday afternoons, I still go out for a quick run up the river a couple times a week.

Hi Guys:

Sadly this year I didn't get too much time in the boat! Moved house, new grandbaby and other things. I went to Vancouver Island a few times, around Vancouver and up and down the Fraser River a few times though. I had a foolish breakdown going through Active Pass which, sad to say was all my fault. This slowed me down some but it was easily fixed. I'm so looking forward to 2011.

No......not that....

As I was cleaning the boat today after a nice morning on the lake, I went through the "log book" I keep on the boat. We launched and retrieved 76 times in 2010 and put 98.7 hours on the engine. We are 45 minutes to the nearest lake and about the same driving time to get to the nearest ocean launch (trailer in tow).

Do you guys keep logs? And if so, how many times did you do it in 2010?

BTW, I am not a fisherman - just a pleasure boater.

Thanks for all the responses, makes for interesting reading.

UPDATE: Hoping to make it 77 for 2010 tomorrow and get up to 1 for 2011 by Sunday!

Happy New Year to all fellow IBoaters and here's to a safe, fun 2011 boating year!
