I don't know, but I think you can do it anytime. Go to your own profile in your own post, go to My Profile next to the red register line on the next page and then click on view/update profile. Change your Publicly Displayed Name to anything within reason..

Moving to Dockside Chat.<br /><br />Special "ranks" are pretty much reserved to members with over 3,000 posts who ask for them, PMM. There are exceptions. I think DJ oughta take a special rank. <br /><br />You gotta post in the correct forum. If we have to move it you get 2 demerits (JOKE, PMM, just a joke)
