Brand new 2010 tahoe 16' pontoon with a 2010 mercury 15ELPT, with a trailer...

boat, trailer, motor all new.

With the smaller motor, I would say around 11,000..

oh damn, the boat and everything is 12k, then 2k to ship it to me so 14k total.

I thought it was a good deal, guess not. I live in a lake community that has stupid rules, nothing bigger than 16' no motor bigger than 9.9. I was jsut going to take the 15hp sticker off.

Its impossible to find used 16' potoons in good shape.

Yea the freight charge is what's killing you... Otherwise it sounds about right.

I just bought a Tahoe pontoon, they are really nice boats! Found one locally in my case.

How far away from you is the boat located? Could you pick it up in person and tow it back home for cheaper than the 2K shipping?

that is the most crowed toon i have ever seen, you have to sit down and stay there. horrible toon design.

But did you see it's only 16' long. I thought it had lots of seating for only being 16' long.....

That's the idea. Times are tough and the dealer may be willing to negotiate. I thought from the pic that it was a beautiful boat. To be honest, I thought that 18' was the smallest pontoon available.

I actually found a G3 16; pontoon more local only 40 miles away rather than 1300. It is nice, but not as nice as that tahoe. Alot can happen in that 1300 mile trip so I chickened out and go the G3 168 FC

I just got it yesterday but now I am trying to find the right cover. If you can help see my other thread. Thanks!

I like the one you got better then the first one but we fish. If you're just buying it cruise around the lake with a few friends I suppose the first one was nice but not much good as a fishing boat.
