how much fabric gaurd??

would 2 quarts be enough for this top?
it is about a foot shorter than the boat is long, it is as wide as the boat plus about 3 inches down the sides.

About 3-4 cans of Camp Dry will do the trick. Its for tents and can be found at any sporting goods store or maybe walmart.

And you might want to resize that pic...

2 quarts will saturate that cover well, I used 1 gallon on the bow to stern mooring cover of my 20'er.
Used a lawn and garden pump sprayer with nozzle adjusted slightly coarser than a fine mist. Water beads all Summer, I re-apply each spring.

I used the 303 fab guard before and didn't think it held up to great.... plus it ain't cheap! Do what you want, but I really like the Camp Dry.

i am going to get some dreft baby clothes laundry soap to clean it with then apply the 303
right ??

the 303 is a short lived product....you will need to do yearly....see if you have a car detailing supply house near you and get convertable top conditioner...it will last your about 5 years anyways....I believe 3M makes one....has great UV protection and great waterproofing .....

303 is very over rated.....
