How much is a 91 Scarab Center Console worth? May need to be regelled.

Here is the ad: 26'scarab center console. It has a 2004 250 Yamaha saltwater series-2 motor.The boat is a 1991 Well Craft scarab 26' foot with Garmin GPS 128 and Garmin fishfinder 100Blue.The trailer is a easyloader all aluminum trailer dual axle. The boat is in fair condition. I think that it would need to be re gel coated to look good but thats just my opinion many would probably argue that you could just acid wash and polish it. The motor runs good and trailer is also in good condition. What are yalls thoughts on pricing? With gel coating and if i didnt gel coat it.
