That depends on what fiber glass material you are going to use.
I got this from someone else so I won't vouch for acuracy:
1 gallon of resin will typically wet out:
1.5 oz mat = 32 sq ft
18 oz woven roving = 40 sq ft
24 oz woven roving = 32 sq ft
You're probably in that 1 gallon won't quite make it and two, well you'll have plenty left for those other projects.
Check out US composites for polyresins great resin to work with. I picked up some bondo brand locally to finish off a job and I am still cursing 3 months later that stuff is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. I should have ordered an extra gallon in the 1st place.
